The 5.11 Tactical Rush 72 2.0 is a hugely versatile backpack designed for 72-hour excursions with a 55-litre capacity and 30 individual compartments to organise your kit efficiently, making it ideal for operational and also recreational use.
The pack is covered in MOLLE webbing on the front and sides for extending your storage options with MOLLE compatible pouches with velcro on two sections for attaching patches and badges.
The front of the pack has two pockets the lower of which is connected to the main body with two straps allowing it to be levered away from the pack to make space for equipment such as a helmet, clothing layers or anything else you want to keep easily available. Behind this pocket, you will find a hidden CCW compartment secured by velcro with a pull tab, this compartment is designed to store a concealed weapon but can be used as standard storage if desired.
The lower pocket unzips fully to give access to multiple zipped pockets, compartments and sleeves to help organise your kit however you wish. The top pocket has a further zipped mesh pocket and sleeve.
The main compartment has a clamshell design that opens up fully for easy access to everything inside which includes one zipped pocket, two further zipped mesh pockets on the inside of the lid and a padded laptop compartment large enough to fit a 15" laptop.
At the rear of the backpack is a zipped hydration compartment, large enough for a 3L water bladder with a single exit port at the top of the pack for a drinking tube.
Wide and thick adjustable shoulder straps with a hip belt and sternum strap let you carry heavy loads comfortably and the pack also has a removable internal plastic frame for added support.
On both sides of the bag are tall zipped pockets that let you store water bottles or similar and also on the side are two compression straps to keep the pack compact when on the move.
